CHEESE AND DAIRY PRODUCTS EXHIBITION 2026: MY REPORTAGE FROM PARIS
Il Cheese and Dairy Products Fair is the international fair dedicated to cheeses and dairy products which takes place every two years in Paris. Reserved exclusively for professional operators in the sector, represents one of the main European events for producers, distributors, refiners, restaurateurs and buyers.
The 19th edition took place by the 7 al 9 giugno 2026 presso il Paris Expo Porte de Versailles, and brought together 270 exhibitors e 400 brands coming from 15 Villages.
The event confirms itself as one of the main meeting moments, exchange and in-depth analysis for the entire European milk and dairy products supply chain.
A precious opportunity that, as a dairy teacher, I didn't want to miss it.
At the Salon we explore, you taste it and you learn. We deal with producers, refiners and operators from different realities. Territories are discovered, skills, traditions and passion behind every product.
One of the most interesting aspects is the possibility of learning about both large geographical indication products and small niche specialties, often little known outside their territories of origin.
In addition to the exhibition area, the fair also offers conferences and competitions dedicated to the valorisation of dairy products and the professionalism of the supply chain.
As a trainer, I consider experiences like this an important opportunity for professional growth and updating.
The next edition of the Salon du Fromage et des Produits Laitiers is scheduled from 11 a.m 13 giugno 2028, also at the Paris Expo Porte de Versailles. An appointment that, for those who work in the sector, deserves to be marked in the diary.
