AT ANTICO VINAIO DOUBLES IN NAPLES: NEW OPENING AT THE CENTRAL STATION

«Maybe Naples didn't need All'Antico Vinaio, but All'Antico Vinaio needed Naples!».
È con queste parole che Tommaso Mazzanti, CEO and founder of At the Antico Vinaio, commented on the inauguration of the second store in the city of Partenope, on the first floor of the Food Hall of the Central Station.
The ribbon cutting took place on Monday 9 March at 11, just over two years after the opening of the first Neapolitan store, inaugurated in October 2023 in Corso Umberto I 28 corner of via Sommonti.
A special moment, during which Mazzanti maintained its usual tradition: keep a piece of the red ribbon, autographed with signature and date («I always do it, I keep the tapes as if they were holy cards").
With this opening they rise to 54 the premises of All'Antico Vinaio, the Florentine flatbread brand that today has stores across Italy, United States, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom and France.
This new store, open from 10 alle 22 and with approx 40 posti a sedere, offers the now iconic stuffed flatbreads, freshly prepared with home baked bread every day. Among these the "historic" and award-winning La Favolosa (Crumble, homemade pecorino cream, artichoke cream and slightly spicy fried aubergines), alongside "classic" recipes and plant-based proposals (three vegetarians and one vegan). There is also a limited edition dedicated to the city: Naples, only available here, with Neapolitan sausage, potato cream, provola and peppers.
Tommaso Mazzanti attributed a fundamental part of the success of All'Antico Vinaio to the team's work. Ten people work in the new location, of which three new hires.
With this second Neapolitan opening, All'Antico Vinaio consolidates its presence in the city and continues the path of expansion which in recent years has taken it well beyond Florence.
