THE BEST BAKERS IN ITALY 2027
It was presented in Naples, as part of the Mediterranean Routes event, the guide The Best Bakeries in Italy 2027 the Gambero Rosso.
The volume collects 550 bakeries of the whole Peninsula, tra cui 40 new signs. Selected venues are rewarded with one, two or three loaves based on the level of excellence achieved.
In this edition the maximum recognition of the Tre Pani was awarded to 70 addresses.
The paper guide presents itself with a completely renewed graphic design, and is accompanied by an important innovation: the digital version. The publication can in fact be consulted free of charge through the group's editorial platforms, upon registration. The system allows searches by region, location and category and has an interactive map with geolocation.
Among the main awards in the guide The Best Bakeries in Italy 2027 the Bakery of the Year award stands out, awarded to Pezz de Pane of Frosinone, laboratory led by Roberta Pezzella, reference figure of the new Italian bread-making.
The Bakers Who Made History award also makes its debut, attributed to 4 great masters who have contributed significantly to the evolution of white art in our country.
La Campania account 4 exercises awarded with i Tre Pani: La Francesina Boulangerie di Ercolano (Naples), Malafronte di Gragnano (Naples), Foorn di Mariglianella (Naples) and Antica Forneria Molettieri di Napoli.
