PIZZERIE D’ITALIA 2025
The guide has reached its twelfth edition Pizzerie d’Italia the Gambero Rosso, which we at All'assaggio have been following since its debut.
There are many new features to report in the volume Pizzerie d’Italia 2025: 750 the places reviewed, dei quali 116 they are new entries.
96 the insignia that have obtained Three Segments and 16 those with Three Wheels.
At the top of the rankings Three cloves, along with 97 punti, Peppercorns from Caiazzo (Caserta), followed by I Masanielli, Renato Bosco Pizzeria and I Tigli with 96 punti.

The ones missing out on the podium in this edition of the guide are:

Casale Rufini in Gallicano nel Lazio (RM)
Sorbillo in Naples.
The Ventola of Rosignano Marittimo (AT THE) is not present in the guide this year as the activity is temporarily suspended; Allegrìo and San Martino Pizza & Bowl, both in Rome and La Braciera in Palermo have their votes suspended due to a change of pizza chef.
At the top of the pizza rankings in slice and takeaway versions with Three Wheel Pizzarium by Gabriele Bonci reconfirms itself, smell, along with 95 punti. Two new entries among the Three Wheels: Forno Del Mastro in Monza and Pizza Chef in Rome.
9 i Special Prizes in the guide, along with 15 award-winning pizzerias.
From the edition 2023, that of the tenth anniversary, Pizzerie d'Italia awards the Stella to the premises that have been awarded Tre Spicchi or Tre Rotelle for at least 10 consecutive years; this year there are 27.
La Campania it is the most awarded region: 137 the best addresses, tra cui 23 have achieved excellence with Tre Spicchi, 1 Three Wheel, 1 Special Prize e 19 new inputs.
