RE PANETTONE NAPOLI 2016
the festival Re Panettone He has returned to Naples the 3 and 4 December.
Two days to learn, taste and buy the best of national production: only homemade panettone excellence, produced according to strict manufacturing methods, senza conservanti, semi-finished and industrial additives.
25 pastry chefs from all over Italy presented their creations in the historic Hall of Mirrors Grand Hotel Parker’s di Napoli.

Neapolitan novelties 2016 was the Re prize Panettone Napoli, awarded by a jury of experts at best Innovative panettone among those attending the event.

First place: Panettone Italo Vezzoli – In Croissanteria Lab
Runner up: Pasticceria Mennella
third Place: Lombardi Confectioners
Excellent panettone winner, without either raisins or candied fruit and dall'alveolatura particularly pronounced.
