IN THE KITCHEN TOUR 2018 A PALACE PETRUCCI
In The Kitchen Tour, the BtoB circuit conceived and organized by the association CHIC – Charming Italian Chef with the aim of bringing together professionals in the restaurant with domestic manufacturers in the industry and with the local food and culinary excellence in a jam session, It arrived for the first time in Naples mercoledì 26 September at the starry restaurant Palazzo Petrucci.
Nel corso della mattinata, over forty chefs and pizza makers have made dishes created sull'estro of time using raw materials made available by the companies invited to the event.
A fare gli onori di casa Lino Scarallo and colleague Davide Ruotolo, respectively resident chef and pizza maker Palazzo Petrucci.
That in Campania is a happy return for CHIC, with the region which has a very close relationship given by the high presence of associated (the second highest number of subscribers after Lombardy) including President Paolo Barrale.
