Exquisite itinerary: A sensory journey through the city of Naples
There are many ways to visit a city. Many approaches, Many starting points.
If you want a slow tourism mode, to discover how a city is made and how it moves, a Naples ci sono i Exquisite routes organized by the cooperative With the Hand of the Heart in collaboration with associations Other spaces, AgriGiochiAmo and Polyphonic dimension.
Every weekend in March, departing from Piazza Cardinale Sisto Riario Sforza 154, at Domus 19, there will be a series of activities to get in touch with the places in Naples linked to Saint Francis Caracciolo, co-patron of the city as well as patron of Italian chefs.
Interactive emotional experiences, made of free walks, of sensorial discoveries, of stimulating suggestions.

Together with some press operators I had the opportunity to experiment in preview Exquisite itinerary, an original experiential journey, part of the project “Discovering the Caracciolo cuisine in Campania among palaces, convents, alleys, fiefdoms and farms – 2nd edition”, created by the Con la Mano del Cuore cooperative with the contribution of the Campania Region, to discover, from an unusual perspective, Naples and the territories of Upper Caserta.
The original proposal developed by Spazi Altri is an experience that combines the history and gastronomy of Naples; includes a map and a series of “walking actions”, instructions to follow freely according to your wishes. But let's not reveal too much, so as not to ruin the surprise.
A singular mode of tourism, which joins the more traditional ones, as a response to the overtourism that afflicts the city of Naples.

The project “Discovering the Caracciolo cuisine in Campania among palaces, convents, alleys, fiefdoms and farms - 2nd edition" connects Naples with some municipalities in the Upper Caserta area crossed by the nascent Cammino di San Francesco Caracciolo, as well as the well-known Via Francigena del Sud.
The Exquisite Routes allow you to explore the area of the historic center of Naples through the eyes of San Francesco Caracciolo, to taste products from the Upper Caserta area where the Path of San Francesco Caracciolo passes and to have fun listening to the music that was fashionable in the Saint's time.
Given the limited number of participants for each experience, reservation is required.
