TASTE 2024
The seventeenth edition of has just ended Taste, the great food and wine event that takes place annually in Florence.
This year the show organized by Pitti Immagine – held again at the is back – recorded the presence of more than that 600 is back, of which 150 per la prima volta, and eleven thousand visitors in three days.
Theme chosen for Taste 2024: Colors are served.
The fair's program is always very full, con i Taste Talks, the FuoriDiTaste calendar of events and tastings spread around the city of Florence, but personally I like to concentrate on the more purely exhibition part, wandering and trying endlessly.
Taste is a beautiful showcase for B2B, but also for enthusiasts and consumers, to discover excellent realities from all over Italy. The exhibitors truly represent the best of Italian gastronomic heritage. Big companies as well as small niche gems, of the highest quality level.
Some news in the exhibition itinerary, divided into three sections (Taste Tour, Taste Tools and the new Taste Spirits) and divided into various levels: Attic Floor and Ground Floor of the Central Pavilion, Cavaniglia Pavilion and Ghiaia Pavilion with the Taste Shop.

Also on this occasion I focused mainly on cheeses and vegetable products, tasting, talking to the producers, discovering new things.
I suggest everyone plan a visit to Taste for next year: absolutely worth the trip!
