VINCENZO FLOWER DOUBLES AD ACERRA
He inaugurated Monday 11 June to Acerra namesake of the local pizza maker Vincenzo Di Fiore, in the Corso Italy.
The second creature of Acerra teacher, that is complementary to Bella Napoli Via Ariosto – awarded the two segments in the guide of Italian Pizzerias 2018 del Gambero Rosso -, It is a spacious property with 150 indoor seats and an equal external, modern design by architect Mario Of the Stritto (author of the concept of the restaurant Mesa).
A whole wall of the claim "We write poems with water and flour".
A call to the careful work of Vincenzo, that meticulously selects all the raw materials favoring products made in Campania and works his dough with yeast own production.
In menu, pizzas made according to the canons of the Neapolitan tradition and garnish with selected ingredients, tra le quali:
Verace (Old Naples Tomato, mozzarella di bufala campana Dop, extra virgin olive oil and basil);
Crumbs of Tuna (fior di latte dei Monti Lattari, tomato Dop piennolo, olive nere di Gaeta, "Tuna crumbs" Angelo Parodi, basilico);
The four jewels (pomodoro corbarino, tomato Dop piennolo, pomodorino giallo, pomodoro San Marzano Dop, mozzarella di bufala campana Dop, extra virgin olive oil and basil).
Martedì 19 June Vincenzo Di Fiore received from the hands of Antonio Pace, President of the Association Verace Pizza Napoletana, the tabella n. 736 for the fledgling pizzeria, "An award that is won by merit and do not buy", as pointed out by the Peace.
To celebrate the event, the teacher presented his latest creation: a kumquat dedicated to Pulcinella, famous bell mask, whose origins date back precisely to Acerra. The local touch is given by renowned local white beans called "dead tooth" for their opaque white, to which are added provola and yellow tomatoes.
Honor Vincenzo, that believes and invests in his homeland, doubling the seats while maintaining high quality.
