FLOURED, NEW AUTUMN MENU 2024
Seasonal flavors burst into the autumn-winter menu 2024 of Farinati Pizza and More just launched, edited by Renato Ruggiero, Chef Gennaro Fischetti, Pasquale Sorrentino Pizzamaker and Giuseppe Zincone Pizzamaker.
Starting with the fried delicacies, specialty of the host Renato Ruggiero (to be enjoyed in abundance!).
To the local classics – like the Potato Crocchè and the Cheese and Pepper Omelette – add the “precious” pasta omelettes, with a particularly crunchy breading: Woodsman (Crunchy timbale with straw and hay tagliolini creamed with a rich Boscaiola sauce) and Like a Genoese (Mezzani with Ragù alla Genovese in a crunchy golden crust).
Even the potato chips get an autumnal touch thanks to a sprinkling of hooked truffle, typical variety of this season.
We were able to taste some of the new preparations in an evening dedicated to the press.
Of the new Rosso pizza in the evening (Fiordilatte, Beetroot cream, Crispy bacon, Buffalo Blue Cheese, Basil leaves, Extra virgin oil) we really liked the combination of beetroot and buffalo blue cheese, two ingredients with earthy and undergrowth scents.

The Fassona pans are also new (impasto ai 7 double leavened cereals, Marinated Fassona carpaccio, Irpino Truffle Blades, Roasted Potato Cream, Smoked provola, Extra virgin oil) and Rolling South (impasto ai 7 double leavened cereals, Broccoli Baresi with garlic, oil and chilli pepper, Torn of Buffalo Bell, 'Nduja Calabrese, Crusco Pepper Powder, Extra virgin oil). The latter enhances a characteristic ingredient of the season, i broccoli baresi.
To end the dinner with sweetness, the house lemon delight, delicious just like its name.
At Farinati every palate finds its right satisfaction: whether it's fried, traditional pizzas, rutielli or small pans. Without forgetting the gluten free proposal.
