OPENS IN NOLA PASTABAR OF THE PASTA FACTORY LEONESSA
Designing a place and a whole new culinary concept for Artisan Pasta Factory Lioness Cercola (which is discussed which): PastaBar. An idea that goes to fill a void of proposal, namely that of the pulp quality version of fast and informal, and, plus, positioned Interporto Campano, strategic place and crossroads high rate of movement.
The PastaBar includes several different areas: take away, space self service, restaurant, vault of food and wine. Really nice decor and design solutions, as the dividing walls and latticed wooden stools decorated plywood and laminate.
The resident chef is Pasquale Borrelli, National Council of the FIC - Italian Federation of Chefs, but there are raids in the kitchens of many prestigious guests.
On opening day of the 25 March for example, it happened to Vincenzo Guarino (Excecutive Chef of the starred restaurant "The Next" Grand Hotel Angiolieri Vico Equense) Lioness interpret pasta and various tidbits. Some suggestions:, Fusilli Nerano, Dumplings stuffed with mozzarella sauce with tomatoes yellow, crustaceans and crusty bread, and Trofie alla Siciliana.
For years the family Lioness suggests consumers recipes to better prepare their pasta thanks to an annual calendar that collects tips influential chef. The PastaBar therefore represents a further step to make the most of the queen of the Mediterranean diet.
PastaBar Lioness is open Monday to Friday with hours 7-18.
