ITTICHERIA, FISH POINT A POZZUOLI
He inaugurated 22 giugno a Pozzuoli Itticheria, project that eliminates the distance between fisheries and food.

The format is different from the classic seafood restaurant: Itticheria is raw bar, fast food fishing and fish boutique.

The creator of the project is Fulvio Giugliano, Coordinator Campania Fishing Enterprise, section of Coldiretti; in the kitchen is the chef Domenico Tromiro.
The local design features three different settings, with original decorations on tiles depicting shrimp, lobsters and anchovies made exclusively from ceramicheria artistic vietrese Solimene.
In menu, Frollino dishes such as salted with poppy seeds with amberjack and parmesan cream 24 mesi, Carpaccio of croaker, buffalo sauce and powdered tarallo, Dumplings cuttlefish to Sorrento, grilled squid to sea water, hummus and drops of Pantelleria capers, Parfait with cod cream.
