MICHELIN ITALY GUIDE 2026, ALL THE STARS OF CAMPANIA
It was presented on Wednesday 19 novembre la MICHELIN Guide Italy 2026.
The edition number 71 of the Guide includes 394 starred restaurants in total, dei quali 25 new entries: 22 restaurants with one star, 2 two star restaurants and a new three star restaurant, The King of Nature by Michelangelo Mammoliti of Serralunga d'Alba (Cuneo), which thus leads to 15 the restaurants with three stars in Italy.
Two new entries in Campania with a star: Umberto a Mare di Ischia (chef Vincenzo Pietroluongo) and Il ristorante Alain Ducasse Naples di Napoli (chef Alessandro Lucassino).
Michelin Award Service Award 2026 to Giulia Tavolaro of the restaurant Maxi di Vico Equense (Naples).
Michelin Award Passion Dessert 2026 offered by Molino Dallagiovanna a Four Steps of Nerano (Naples) and La Caravella by the 1959 Amalfi (Salerno).
Two new ones Bib Gourmand 2026: The Tavern of Follies of Limatola (Benevento) and Fish Bistro di Salerno.
