GUIDA PASTICCERI & PASTICCERIE 2021 DEL GAMBERO ROSSO, THE CAMPANIA AWARDS
It was presented on Thursday 26 November live streaming of the Guide Pasticceri & Confectioneries 2021 del Gambero Rosso.
The locals, a seconda del grado di eccellenza, are marked with a, two and three Cakes.
As already happened for the other published guides, in this complex year it was decided to eliminate the votes.
On the occasion of the tenth anniversary (the first guide came out in 2011), a novelty: le Three Golden Cakes, an award for the Veneto pastry shop of Brescia of the master Iginio Massari (the first to have given international importance to Italian pastry), always at the top of the Guide.
