Christmas 2019 pastries Ranieri is the mark of two new: the Panettone with the heart e la cassatina naked.
Two sweet indeed beloved of the holidays this year come in as unpublished.
PANETTONE WITH HEART
Il Panettone with the heart, once opened, leaves gushing copious gentle waterfall, hazelnut or caramel; a creamy filling and greedyst in which to dip the slices (and fingers!).
This new version of Christmas yeast is complementary to more traditional proposals from the house. Excellent cake with apricot.
cassatina BARE
La cassatina naked (view last edition Sweets of the Great Performers Parties) it is instead a layered portion where classical frosting gives way to a delicate mousse of milk. The other sweet layers are represented by a dark chocolate base on which rest of fresh sheep cheese – sieved and flavored – and a hard pan of Spain.
Inoltre, the dessert is characterized by a lower sugar content than the traditional version, as well as Cassata light launched in 2017 and still it offered with excellent feedback from the public.
