OTHER MOZZARELLA, CHRISTMAS CHEESECAKE SOLIDARITY INITIATIVE
Cheesecake Other it is certainly among the best in the city of Naples.
On the occasion of Christmas, it is even more so.
In fact, the solidarity initiative was presented Christmas Cheesecake: for every slice of Cheesecake ordered this holiday season, two Euros will be donated to support the activities of the social cooperative The Big Dipper di Napoli, in particular for tailoring workshops, bar and print shop.
Made up predominantly of women, the cooperative's aim is to promote rights and provide services to vulnerable people and families.
Both Muu offices in the city of Naples are participating in the Christmas Cheesecake initiative.
MUU MOZZARELLA HOSTERIA LATTERIA
Nel 2023 the Muu format of the entrepreneurs Sasi Maresca and Dario Moxedano has accomplished 10 anni, celebrate with a rebrand: new naming (from Mother Mouzzarella a Muu Mozzarella Hosteria Latteria), nuovo logo, new more pop and colorful style.
However, the focus is always the same: the Mozzarella di Bufala Campana DOP, declined in dishes of the Neapolitan culinary tradition, in innovative and pure recipes. A true declaration of love for buffalo mozzarella.

On the occasion of the press lunch we were able to taste some specialties of the restaurant.
Candy: Bites of buffalo mozzarella in tempura
Pesto and apple: Bocconcini di mozzarella di bufala, pink apple and basil pesto
Carriage: Buffalo mozzarella between two slices of crusty bread
Mozzarella Parmesan: Layered mozzarella and aubergine with Neapolitan ragù, basil and flakes of Parmigiano Reggiano
Cake 3.0: Potato gateau filled with buffalo mozzarella, with smoked buffalo mozzarella cream and Caserta breed pork salami
Milk and pepper: Square spaghetti of fresh pasta with buffalo milk and pepper, lemon zest and Bronte pistachio powder
Tuna tartare: Raw tuna with buffalo mozzarella, on a layer of homemade basil pesto
Show me: Cold cheesecake, with a choice of black chocolate dressing, cioccolato bianco, frutti di bosco, pistacchio, caramel, Nutella, limoncello.
