PASTICCERIA BIAGIO MARTINELLI ANNOUNCES THE NEW PROJECT

Last Christmas in Via Paolo Riverso in Aversa for the Biagio Martinelli pastry shop.
Nel 2024 It is planned to move to a larger room, as announced by the pastry chef himself Biagio Martinelli on the occasion of the Christmas toast with representatives of the press.
The new headquarters will be near the Aversa station.
The quality of the offer will naturally be the same: sweet pastry products, but also a selection of savory pastries (preparations made with the same ingredients and the same techniques, but in an aperitif version).
The use of yeast in different consistencies is also interesting: ad esempio, the licoli (liquid sourdough) it is used to prepare the escarole pizza dough, that comes so tall and soft.
For the light lunch dedicated to communication operators, some specialties usually proposed for the house aperitif were served:
Rustic panettone bruschetta with Parmesan ice cream from the ice cream shop The Phoenix di Caserta (ne parliamo which)
Savory Maritozzo with Parmigiano Reggiano cream 12 months and bacon crumble

White sesame croissant with lemon ricotta and sweet coppa
Pizza di scarole
One of Biagio Martinelli's workhorses: Rustic Aversana Polish (ne parliamo which)
Tortano
Smoked salmon muffins
Traditional panettone accompanied by cream ice cream from the La Fenice ice cream shop in Caserta
Pandoro accompanied by homemade cream of your choice
All the specialties for the holidays (e non) they are still available in Via Paolo Riverso 101.
